RBI’s 2025 Priority Sector Lending Changes Explained

In 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) revised its Priority Sector Lending (PSL) guidelines to increase credit flow to critical sectors of the economy. Effective from April 1, 2025, the updated Master Directions modify loan limits and borrower eligibility across key categories, including agriculture, housing, and renewable energy.
